Vegan/Non alcohol eggnog made using naturally creamy plant-based ingredients coconut and cashew nuts. Infused with festive nutmeg, cinnamon and cardamon finished with whipped cream.
Includes - cheesy potato dauphinoise cups, cocktail sausages wrapped in vegan bacon, beetroot and cream cheese crostini bites, co'd fish cakes served with tartar sauce, maple grilled peach, feta with pomegranate salad and "leftovers" turke'y salad.
Option 1 - Honey roasted carrots with whipped feta tart
Option 2 - Roasted eggplant bake with mature chees'e tomato
chutney and spinach
Option 3 - Winter soup - mix variety of seasonal rooted veg glazed in rosemary, thyme and sage. Topped with mini roasted butternut squash, potatoes and carrots. Served with sourdough bread.
