Thick ciabatta half loaf layered with mixed sautéed mushrooms from shiitake, oyster, pink and yellow varieties. Red cabbage slaw, over fresh Rocket and a tangy tomato chutney. Quantity 20 half ciabatta's. £60

Wrapped in puff pastry these delectable rolls are filled with organic tofu sausage, herbs, pepper and sage. Garnished with a pinch of parsley. Quantity 20. £30
